Paul Masar is Chief Financial Officer with Rocky Mountain Healthcare Services. He has more than 35 years of experience in accounting and financial management in the healthcare and nonprofit sectors. Prior to joining Rocky Mountain Healthcare Services, Paul was Vice President of Finance with a local community health center and prior to that a senior audit manager for a large public accounting firm. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in accounting and is a current member of the board of directors of Air Academy Credit Union.

Robert (Rob) C. Pease serves as the Chief Operations Officer for Christian Financial Resources, a church extension loan fund in Lake Mary, FL serving independent Christian Churches. He holds a MBA from the University of Phoenix and is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Graduate School of Banking. Rob is an ordained minister and is a Certified IRA Specialist (CIS) and Certified Banking Security Manager (CBSM). He also serves as a Director of Park State Bank and Trust. Mr. Pease lives in Eustis, FL.

Daniel Erickson is a Principal Partner and CFO for AMD Communications. Dan has multi tenured experience in financial world with Fidelity and recently as CFO for Alliance redwoods. He is a leadership trainer coach for the philosophy that revolves around making great teams and leaders and making them purpose partners in an organization. Dan lives in Northern California with his wife and three kids.

Stewart Stemple, a seasoned global HR leader, has 25 years of experience in strategic HR, talent development, and culture building. Born in Vietnam and educated in the USA, he's worked in various international cities and speaks multiple languages. With diverse industry expertise, including over 12 years at Coca-Cola, Stewart excels in talent strategy, coaching executives, and shaping organizational capability. In 2021, he took on a dual role at CBRE, overseeing HR in North Asia and leading Talent and Development for all of Asia Pacific.
